Is the self-hosted plan really free?
Yes. The self-hosted Community edition is free to run for unlimited users. You provide the infrastructure. There are no per-seat licence fees and no feature gating between apps.
Do all plans include every app?
Every tier ships the full suite: mail, calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, chat, files, the shared-inbox helpdesk, video meetings, e-signatures and the docs, sheets & slides editors, all behind one directory and one sign-in. We don't sell apps individually.
When will the hosted plan launch?
The fully managed hosted plan is in the works. Tell us you're interested and we'll let you know the moment it's available, along with final pricing.
Can I move between plans later?
Yes. Because Goooy is built on open standards, you can start self-hosted and migrate to hosted (or the other way around) without being locked in or losing your data.
What counts as Enterprise?
Enterprise adds SSO, advanced access control, custom data residency, onboarding and migration help, and a dedicated support SLA, for larger or regulated organisations. Talk to us and we'll scope it.
Where does my data live?
